Well so the big story, was all the work to get the TCM done worth it?

Track times will help support or not support the investment and time of tuning both. I cant give you realistic results from the TCM tune itself because both there tweaked at the same time.

Ok, besides the mileage test, any noticeable difference driving around? I will probably never take mine to a track, so perception is 100% reality in my case

Def feels like it gets moving much easier. No need to get on the pedal as much. It was pouring so when I floored it, it spun. TC seems to lock later now and WOT shifts at higher rpm now.

Finally made it to the track. Made three passes. All were 8.8 at 78 mph and 13.8 at 99 mph. After $3K+ in exhaust, intake, full tune - I gained 2 tenths and close to 2 mph in the 1/8. I don't have stock 1/4 times but Id guess it'd be a very low 14 second truck. Money well spent... ehhh. Does it sound sweet and will beat most the trucks I run into... yes. Proves GM has these running great from the factory. I love this truck and still averaging 20mpg per tank and sitting at 7,500 miles.

I’m on the left. This was my eliminator round. It’s was close but I got him on the light and out the back door

Truck is up to 16K miles with an average of 19.1 mpg being 99% city driving with 3 small road trips ( 2 hour drives). Winter remote starts are killing my mpgs right now!!! lmao. I have not had any issues with it or any hiccups. The kids love the room in the back. The traction control is very very touchy and its pretty impossible to slide the truck in the slow without turning it off. I empty the catch can every weekend. In the summer it collected a good amount of oil. Now in the winter its mostly condensation.

I filled the bed a couple times with dirt and it never hit the bump stops.

I did get a chance to use the tow package and trailer brake. This is a loaded 28 footer with a pig of a hell cat in it. My guess would be around the 9K lb. The truck pulled it no problem at all.

Approaching 20K miles and finishing up winter here in Buffalo. My average mpg def dropped from all the remote starts and 4x4 but as of right now with 18,691 miles my average is 19.0 mpg. I hope the warmer weather will allow me to keep her in the 19s and maybe back up to 20mpg before next winter.

No issues with the truck and I love driving it every day. I still empty the catch can every weekend. Its mostly filled with water from winter condensation and a little oil. I'm going to do my 3rd oil change this weekend.

Can’t complain
Mpgs are def going back up with the warmer weather. 22K miles with an average of 19.1mpg. I love this truck.

I've been emptying the catch can every sunday. in the winter it was full of condensation, now it barely has oil in it every weekend.

Hows the flare you mentioned on shifts/how the trans feel after the TCM tune. You said several times it flares and then you had the trans tune done. How does the transmission itself feel now after the trans tune?
