Sealed power lifters for cammed lq9??

Default Sealed power lifters for cammed lq9??



Hey guys I just ordered some ls7 lifters from amazon and when they got here they were dry and in a white box with a part number on it and I looked up the number.Its a freaking sealed power part number when they were advertising gm lifters.Has anybody ran these lifters before my cam I'm using a pretty good size and don't wanna use them if they can't hang!03 lq9 236/242 111+3 cam stock heads

What's the lift on the cam, I wouldn't regardless. I don't trust Ls7's let alone knock offs.

Couldn't agree more with 03sierralt. I've destroyed two cams with LS7 lifters. Went with Johnson's this time around and I'm very confident they can handle my .600 lift cam.

maybe it's time to reconsider some better lifters!thanks for your input.how many miles do you got on the Johnson lifters?

I have johnsons also, but mine aren't drop ins. I have the 2116's

Running 2110's. From what I've gathered CTSV r lifters aren't worthy either. The $ spent on a set of Johnsons - either 2116s or 2110s - is well worth the piece of mind in the end.

Johnson lifters come in the COPO Camaro, are these the same 2110 lifters they use possibly?

Just looked up lifter for the COPO and it gives the same lifter part number as the rest of the LS based engines? Am I looking at it wrong?

Well I guess it's time to drop some money and do it right the first time.How does the bar work you just don't need lifter trays is all??
