Default New Personal Best Procharged LQ9 RCSB

First off, I must say big thanks to Rob, just a few tweaks of the tune from his suggestions made a world of difference.

Best time before was 11.44 @ 115. After adding 1* of timing, I was blown away by how the truck felt up top.

By the end of the night I was able to get it down to an 11.12 @ 119.5mph w/ a 21mph headwind. I guess my next stop is 10s!

Congrats man, that is awesome. It is so funny how similar your truck sounds to kurts and mine (back in the d1sc days). These fast procharged ls trucks have a distinct sound to them for sure.

What are the details? Plans for any future mods?

Congrats! Great pass.

Travis I agree. They all sound very similar. It's funny!

Awesome job even with a strong headwind! Is it still at 10 lbs as in the sig?

Nice pass!
Good 60' and 1/8. Should be good for a high 10 with no headwind!

My quest for 10's was a nightmare. Basically, the 1/8 mile had to be sub 7.000 seconds and minimum 102 mph. I have a stack of timeslips that are taller than my current stack of bills on my desk of 7.00-7.teen 1/8 mile et's and 11.00-11.teens 1/4 et. At the time, the truck weighed 4550 on the starting line. I stopped adding power using wholesale changes to the combo and just focused on suspension adjustment and ecu tuneups to get it there.

I wish you luck man getting quicker. You may have a shot at taking the d1sc record from Kurt if you keep at it. He is moving to a race blower so I'm full well expecting a solid consistent 9.60's to 9.90's ride out of his camp. Could be quicker, he races at a much lower weight than typical trucks.

I'm still waiting for the day of a full weight true street full size to run a 9 in street trim over 4000 lbs with a D1sc blower.

I know it can be done and have a recipe that I think would do it.......problem is I have a hard enough time keeping the race truck together financially right now to build another street truck to set that bar.
