Default Holset H1E turbo is it big enough? Don't laugh

So I have this turbo laying around and was kicking around the idea to put it on a truck with a 5.3 and I don't know much about turbos and sizing. I'm trying to learn but can't really get the lingo down. This is what I dug up on this thing 60/83mm lol I can measure it all out just have a feeling it's not big enough. Even though it came off a 8.3 liter cummins
