Pop sound only at idle
#16
I have it ran over the rear axle and dumped under the bed. I would have dumped it under the cab but I wanted to get it a bit farther back to cut down on interior noise. Its pretty damn loud but then again it is 4", but I like it.

Yup, that's it. Im actually running two of those back to back. I found them on CL a while back. A guy had them on his drag car coming straight off of each header and he was selling them stupid cheap. For your case id just get the 3" version and maybe the 16" case instead of the 12" if you plan to run just 1. Unless you like it loud then a single 12" will do just fine.

First, mega thread dig because I can search button.
Same issue, same noise out the exhaust with a cammed 6.0. Any clue what this would or could be? I've chased exhaust leaks, I'm trying to chase every option before assuming that it'll need head work.
(Yes I've messaged OP twice, 0 response.)
