Didnt care for how the block that came with the lift went into the axle, the factory block is welded to the lift block.... So yes and no!!

The main part of the pipe is the extension tail pipe they had to make there....

 

Its official i am tired of seeing the circle d box in my foyer and the trans in the bed of the truck, i am putting it in tomorrow after work...... Plan is to get trans in and the wirry about headers once i get the rest done, as muh as i wiuld like to be able to drop manifolds out of this pig along with trans, i really want the collectors shortened and the vbands welded up!!!

 

It would figure the day i plan to do some logs to figure out whats going on with my trans shifting so quick it would be raining!!!

Got new trans in tonight, holy hell what a difference!!! I shouldve built a trans for this truck when the first one went out!!! Still having the issue with shifting really early, even when i manually put it in first.....

 

Post the tune up.

 

I will, have to get to my laptop when i get home before 11pm!!! But i think ive narrowed it down to fact that the 1-2 shift speed is set at 26mph, which as tight as old converter was was fine, but with the tb and bow the circle d, not so much!!!
