No, Stock cam for a 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 is a 190/191, 0.466" / 0.457" on a 114 LSA.

Not quite true man. There are small variations from different years.

Basically yes, but for example these two were used in the lq4 and lq9 engines
0967 191/190 .457/.466 lsa 114
1721 196/207 .457/.479 lsa 116

The 99 5.3Ls had a smaller cam
The Lm7 cam was different from the L33 I believe.
