It isn't my cam, I'm selling it for a friend that i'm building a bigger engine for thus a bigger cam.

The cam is fine. All have similar markings. I don't sell junk and pretend it is something that it isn't. If I take a different angle the second from the front might look worse.

How good would that do on a 6.0 with a t72 front mount?

It is a very mild cam. You would have a stock idle and stock like drivability but a definate improvement over a stock cam.
