I bought a used Original 04 SS Silverado bumper but it didnt come with any brackets or the scoops that go in the bottom. What all would I need to get to make it fit on a regular 03 Silverado?
I got the bumper for free so its cool

 

go to the dealer or a body shop and get the other parts.

 

Your so in luck becuse I just got mine out of the body shop and had this bumper put on my 06 all my parts are brand new so here is your list of factory parts all you need to do is give the dealer these numbers:

THESE ARE ALL PARTS FROM SCRATCH NEEDED TO CONVERT TO THE SS BUMPER. I DID IT BECAUSE I WAS HIT IN THE FRONT AND SOMEONE ELSES INSURANCE PAID ALMOST HALF.
