I have been constantly working on my truck it seems and am just baout fed up with it. I blew the tc and got a new one in and now I am having misfire problems. Im seriously looking into how much my truck is worth to the insurance compnay.

 

im ready for a turboed 408 or at least a 6.0 the 5.3 is definately no ls1

Im also tired of trying to tweak and tune this engine unfortunately Im not in a position for an upgrade

I felt like that a year or so ago. But now I am having too much fun doing new stuff to it. Yea it has started being a money pit and i keep telling myself only a few more things then i am done. Of course a few more things ends up being a page long of things but hey, it's my hobby, i enjoy it. I am not here to outrun anyone and could care less if i am the slowest truck on here. It gives me something to do. My truck has been down for almost 2 months with a broke 60e. I get the tranny back friday and i can't wait to install it.

Im not going to qoutye that v8 its too long but hahaha Ill be glad if I even make it into the 13s after the cam Im not going to expect too much. I think I need to do a crank relearn, hopefully thats what is causing my misfire woes.

 

i think you should be in the 13's with the new mods.
