For the Foose Lusso it's 525 per wheel...2100 for the set + whatever you want for tires so your looking at 2600 for new shoes.
Boss 326 only comes in 20's and they are 256 chrome black and 276 chrome.

They don't say that it fits the truck but we've seen it on the truck already and I think I saw another site that claimed that they did have a 6 lug set.
