I would leave the mirror the way it is. Thats how the factory does and looks good.
If you want to paint the mirror...get a ss mirror.

 

The front end looks good man, I would ditch the logo to make it more smoother. The rear is ok, if you painted the rear end in channels like the saleen truck or custom made a panel with routered out channels it would've looked badass! just a thought
