Default Will 15" rims fit??

I know this isn't the right forum, but alot more people look on this one! Just wondering if 15" rims will fit on my '05 RCSB with drum brakes in the rear. Thanks for any info....

I am 99.9% sure they will NOT fit. GM started running 17" wheels in 2005 to clear the new rear drum brakes. The '99-'04 16" wheels won't even fit on your truck.

I know the 16's will fit on the back, I run them at the track. But, they won't fit on the front. I'm just wondering if the 15's will fit on the back, because everyone around here that is sellin their 28" slicks are all 15" rim size. And they are goin for CHEAP!!! I don't think they are goin to fit, but I thought I would try to ask people with the same truck I do rather than a bunch of guys runnin camaro's, ta's, and stangs!! Oh, by the way, I didn't mean to put this in "Show and Shine", meant to put it in "GM Engine and Exhaust"!!! My bad....

I would think with some extreme caliper grinding they'd go on.

For the stock alum. 16's to fit on the front I would have to grind over 1/2" off the caliper!!! So no possible way in hell!! But the back, no caliper to grind, drums are what GM's brilliant engineers decided to put on! Drums! What tha ever lovin hell? I don't think they will fit, but I figured I would ask ya'll before I spent $500 for 16" wheels and ET streets, rather than 15" wheels/tires for $250. Oh well....

There are no calipers to grind on the rear of a 2005 truck. Drum brakes are standard equipment.
