Default Why are my panel gaps different?

I've been noticing for a while now, the gap between my tailgate and bedsides is bigger on the driver side than the passenger side. Does anyone with a stepside experience this? Are the bedsides adjustable so I can fix the gap? Thanks

check those little slots on the bottom of your gate where it sits on the stubs that stick from the bedsides... maybe there is a little build up of some gunk or some ****, my was like this when i first got it but it seems that what your talking about is more than what mine was
