Who makes a part like this?
Does anyone know where I can get this part, so it can be painted white, like on the Silverado SS and Z71 Tahoe?

THERE IS A GUY IN FUUL SIZE CHEVY THAT HAS A BLACK ONE FOR SELL. HE WANTS LIKE 225 FOR IT OR SOMETHING AROUND THERE. HE SAYS ITS OFF A 99-02 TAHOE AND HAD IT PAINTED BLACK.

No, I would need a white one. And $225 is way too much to pay for that piece IMO. Too bad I cant find anyone who makes just the piece in fiberglass or something that can be painted any color.
