wheel question...

will a 7" wheel with 4" b.s. fit in the fender well? surely there is a wheel expert here...

ok...how bout this...i have a 8.5" wheel with 4.5 b.s. the wheel/tire sticks out of the fender about 3/4"...do i need more or less b.s.? would a 7" wheel with 4.5" b.s. tuck?
