I too would look into some Intros, Boyds, or Billet Specialties. Most of those manufacturers have styles that are similar to the ones that you posted, and you can get them in a wider variety of offsets and widths since they're all made to order.

I like the ones that looks like Maxims, the Bazo's, and the Centerline's.
