yur right my bench is crap. but i can curl like 300...i can thank my sex life for that 
i only paid $380 for my hood. but that was because myseld and my two friends bought them all at the same time from a ECC vendor at Cruisin' The Coast last year. i think they are normally $500 off of ECC's website, then you have to add shipping (and they ship truck freight)

Your must not be that bad, mine is FO-FITY. And motorcross guys bitch about arm pump, what a bunch of wussies.
