Basically the wheels and tire combo are not right for that ride height. Right now you stand out but not it a good way. Either get bigger meats or drop the truck a little, not scraping but at a minimum a 4/6 or whatever it is with the NNBS

AHHHHH Long beds.... They look so awkward to me.
At least drop the REAR a few inches. 4 would look better. That isn't difficult. Aside from that I like it the way it is.
As everyone else has said it's just the height with the wheel/tire combo.
maybe take off the decals and trim?

Nice truck, but man that thing has a whole lot of wheel well going on! I actually like the wheel and tire combo, but they need the truck to be brought a little closer to the earth to fit properly. I'm running the same size wheel and tire combo on my rig, and I lowered my truck about 2-3/4 from 1999 4x4 height. The roads here in Jersey suck, but I'm still plenty high off the ground to clear any major obstacles...you don't need to slam it necessarily. If you don't want to go that direction, I'd get the biggest size AT's that would fit on there with minimal rubbing. I used to run 33's on mine when it was stock height (285/75-16), and it looks like you have a ton more room than I did, I'd think that you could fit at least a 33 on there

I dropped the front with lowering keys, and the rear by removing the 4x4 lift blocks and installing 2" lowering shackles. Eventually I'd like to go to a shorter tire (275/45-20), and install some 2" drop spindles in front, and 2" lowering hangers in the rear. I think that these methods would work perfectly for you
