Looks good man! I removed my moldings with a haridryer and some patience. I pulled mine off not long after I got it though. I've heard of people using fishing line or even dental floss to cut the adhesive. 3M makes a good adhesive remover to get the leftover goo off. Goof off works well to.
I would look into a McGaughy's 3/5 kit for looks, just don't know what you plan to tow w/ the truck. Those wheels look really nice! Congrats!

Looks good! I wouldn't drop it. Can you fit some larger tires under there on the next set? There will not be any fading if you remove your side moldings. And like Scream said that 3M Adhesive Remover works miracles.

thanks. i used fishing line to start getting the molding off. then i pulled it back by hand. the double sided tape was left so i used my fingers (got blisters real bad) to take off the tape. with the adhesive still left behind i used a toothbrush and gasoline. it was time consuming.
a month or so ago there was a post on here about a 3M adhesive wheel or something. i guess it is the ****. i'll find the thread.

KeukaZ71 you used gasoline! I would suggest having some kind of barrier between the clear coat and the the surface you are trying to rub off as to give some protection against scratching the clear coat. I used plain and cheap turtle wax about three inches on either side of that gray tape residue that needs to be scraped off. That way if I slipped for any reason I wouldn't scratch things.
