total bullshit man, you need to be on the horn with them every day, and talk to someone.
I got T-boned in my '00 almost a yr ago now. In arizona you can make a legal left and get T-boned and its still your fault. I was cited, blah blah blah. Insurance should cover anything after market damaged on that truck if they're worth a ****. My company covered my Cragar soft 8's, like $80 a piece, haha dont let that **** go un noticed. Glad you're ok, hope you're not too sore

can't get ahold of "him?" Tell that lazy POS to get off his *** from behind his desk and go visit the guy at home if he has to.

On another note, speaking with the guy who rearended you should not hold up an insurance payout. Either way, your truck is insured wether you are at fault or not. Your insurance company pays out and seeks reimbursement from the at-fault party. Simple as that...
