Best advice I can get you is talk to a lawyer, and just let the insurance know that you have taken steps to secure an attorney if you happen to need one. and If they dont cooperate, have said lawyer write up a threatening letter with his letterhead on it, and that should change their tune.

I have a sis-in-law who is an attorney, and those letters work everytime LOL

I feel for you man. Same thing happened to me once. I had a 90 mustang, got rearended by a 1-ton flat bed going about 40mph. Got the car out of the body shop like 8 weeks later, then 3 days later a lady hit me and ran me off the road and I jumped the curb, lost control and ran into a gas station. Got it back out of the body shop and 5 days later blew up the trusty t-5 trans. Bought a used t-5 from a junk yard installed it and it was blown up. Got another used one that was good this time and said **** it...sold the car one week later.

Sorry for your loss, it was a nice truck.

I would do your best to buy it back. Truck is ruined with the major cab damage and if the frame is tweaked it probably won't be worth fixing. But buying it back you can keep or sell any performance parts.

Big time bummer about it getting totaled.

Omg that sucks! Glad ur ok thou! I'm sure you had full coverage! I'm thinking you & the car that rearended you or @ fault! As far as the truck that's a easy fix. I don't think theirs any frame damage because of the high hit to the cab!

Keep us up to date with everything!
