Default wax for scratches?

Just wondering what the best wax for trying to conceal scratches is. Got some scratches on the truck and dont have the funds for new paint so any help would be appreciated.

Crazy you posted this I just did this to my truck today. Go get some 3m swirl mark and scratch remover, also a buffer with the eggcrate type texture to it.you can do it by hand but you will wear your *** out. Wash the truck and dry it. Then if you aren't familar with a buffer, tape the edges of the truck off so youdon't burn threw the clear on the corners. Do the truck with the 3m **** then wax it once your done that. Take your time. i will post some pic's of mine later. It worked great. Hope that helped

DO NOT use a polisher, specifically a rotary if you are not familiar with it. You can do a ton of damage to your paint if you do not know what you are doing. What kind of scratches are we talking here? Just normal spider webbing in the clear or full blown scratches? General rule of thumb is that if you can feel the scratch with your finger nail its not coming out. If you are intrested in doing this yourself and doing it right I suggest you visit the forums over at autopia.org great group of knowledgable over there. The safest solution I can offer you is to pick up some meguiars Scratch X and apply/buff by hand. If you do not make any progress with this product then I would suggest you just take your truck to a professional detailer in your area unless you are ready for a rather severe undertaking. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

the scratches i'm worried about are, hopefully just in the clear coat. scratches are from when i took my fender flares off.
