mines filling up the body frame piece behind kick panel. then the floor pan.

i thought i fixed mine on my passenger side but the other day i noticed it was full of water again I think the area i need to check next is the cowl area sometimes the sealant goes a way and needs to be redone because i cant find much else but i do have one idea.

mine is leaking in a real weird place. i'm going to try a few things to fix it.

this is where the water is coming into. how i don't know but it is.

the hole above this pic is behind this panel which is behind the kick panel

this is a better view of where the cavity is located

this is the rust that coming from all this. i'm thinking of a wire wheel and some POR15. the following pics are just more of the rust.

you know mine rusted in the same area on the drivers side i had to replace those clip holders on my door sill i replaced the rubber on both doors and i havent had water in since as far as i know ill have to look and see if mine is doing that in the fender as well.

Did you check to make sure that the sunroof drains are draining all of the way out of the truck? I've had a bunch of cars at work (Lexus) where the final weep hole where the sunroof drains is clogged. Open the sunroof, pour a cup of water in the left front corner, and make sure that the water exits outside of the vehicle. If the weep hole is clogged, it will cause the channel to fill up with water and back up into the truck.

yep and it drains right out. i have taken off the cowl to see inside there and it is clean and the water pours right out. but the cut at the end it right up against the fire wall so i thought about cutting it the opposite way so it can drain faster.

Default 03 GMC Sierra Is also Leaking

I too noticed about 2 weeks ago that my Drivers side Floor was damp I dried it out but we have been having Rain and Snow here in the Northeast and I checked it again and its soaked so I will have to be checking mine out too.
