want to put 03 ss buckets in 02 reg. cab with none power
#1
I have 02 reg. cab with cloth manual adjust wanting leather and the ss seats are the only dark ones I have seen in a GM truck and they look badass. What does it take to wire those seats in to a truck without power and does anyone know what they cost.

A friend of mine put newer power seats out of a silverado in his dads '70 something truck. He had to have the bracket supports custom made. You shouldn't have that problem with yours though.
For wiring all he had to do was hook a power and ground wire up to the seat and it worked. All the controls are already wired into the seat.
I'm pretty sure that's all he had to do.

that should be all you need.
Also you may want to check if the harness is there even though you dont have power seats. A lot of options in cars now are still wired for it but they just dont have the actual option installed. I dont know if they wire the seats like that or not, but its something to look for while you're there
