Took off the bed to start doing a few things.....

......and this is what I'm looking at. Looks pretty bad under here. Years of old fluids built up and sitting still down on the coast have made it pretty ugly. I'm going to get everything degreased and painted under while I'm doing my calvert racing shocks and relocation.
The reason for the post is.........what is everyone using to coat the undersides of these trucks? Frame paint? Something tougher? Not looking to spend a ton of money because this is by no means a show truck or anything like that, but I do want it to look a lot better than this. Thanks for any help.

That exhaust sure looks familiar...
As for paint, I have been using a rust inhibiting paint by Valspar that is working pretty well. It is a satin black and helps the suspension/chassis blend in and be unobtrusive.

The truck appears to have had a 5th wheel installed in the bed at one time. Those plates are bolted to the frame and line up with holes drilled in the bed. There's a trailer plug in installed inside the bed as well. I'm going to remove those plates since it doesn't get any towing use anymore.
