Default Suggesstions please

These are the lights I currently have. I am noticing fogging and sometimes a leak after I was my truck . I was wondering if putting RTV Silicone around the edges would help stop that. I didn't know if any of you have had problems with aftermarket headlights

Is it the headlights or the signal lights? I know I was getting moisture in my signal lights and coudn't for the life of me figure out where it was coming from. After taking it out and putting it back in for the 4th time i think I turned the socket housing enough to seal it properly, I think it was the outside one that I wasn't turning enough to get a good seal.
