Default Stripping/removing powdercoat?

Yoooo everybody, Im pickin' up a Canti it looks like for a 4 Link ! I wanna do a Silver/or gunmetal on the 4 link/Canti , whats the easiest method for removing powdercoat without damaging the steel Sandblasting ? How much would it run to have the Cantilever stripped? Can you powdercoat over Powdercoat with a different color powdercoat? Does anything need to be taped off on the Canti before sandblasting/coating? Thaaaaanks! Adam

AirCraft stripper from Pep Boys. spray it on, hose it off. it removes powdercoat fast.

would it be safe to re-prep it and spray powdercoat down after? I heard a sandblaster will work to?
