I've just got an ALpine Type-R 12 in a box I built, pushed by a 350-watt MTX amp. It definitely sounds real good. In the future I will upgrade my stock speakers and put a new head unit in. I installed myself, just looked at a buddy's truck that was done at Circuit City. Listen to these guys, they know their ****.

For the rears I just cut out the 4x6 opening and painted the cut edge, then dynamated all around the edge and behind the door opening. It was a little tight with the backspacing though so you may want to measure first before you buy some 6.5's with deep magnet. Dont think I have any pics of the rears but I will take some soon and post them.
