Default Stepside Taillights

So I have an 04 Stepside. I am thinking of shaving the lights. Does anyone know where I can get a pair of fiberglass Taillight filler pannels?

Searching came up empty and I need to order them ASAP! trucks sleeping now and needs some plastic surgery this winter

Also, I don't like the dots on the bottom of those lights

A couple of guys on gmfullsize have shaved the lights on a stepsides. Personally I don't like the look on the stepsides, but to each their own. I don't think there are any panels made, they just had to glass over the hole. There is a thread that has the process in it, I will look for it and post it up if I find it.
