I went w/ 8.5's all the way around and regret it. Go with 10's out back, you'll be much happier I think.

As for tires...I'm not sure how tall you wanna go, but you can get a LOT of different sizes. I like 285/30's personally. But here are some sizes to think about:

275/40
275/45
275/50
285/30
285/50
295/40--these are on Smokinrice's truck, they look nice w/ the 4/6 drop
295/45
295/50
305/25
305/45

damn, i cant view the pics, thanks to the govt comp. but i really liked having a 45 wall with the SS rims.

i'll look into the 295/45. i really want a set of BFG's. i'll have to look up their sizes.

It will look pimp, getting rid of the SS will drop about 1000 pounds of the truck. You still due to get back this May.

what backspacing would i need on the 10" to match the front?... so the fatties look even?... 7.5" i have a 5.5 backspacing on the 8.5's up front.

I don't know if 7.5 will work or not. 7" might be the most that you can get, or maybe 7.25. I would ask whoever you're getting your rims from just to make sure.

I'll call Chris today and see what his are.
