OK I have an 03. So do I need to replace the brackets and the metal part thats bent then put this cover over it?

 

Well the bumper cover looks good. Nobody else has one?

 

I cant see why you would have to replace your bumper brackets... its meant for a 03-06. As far as the way the cover works itself I would imagine it just lays over top of the bumper thats on there (in which case depending on how bad yours is, yes you might have to) and bolts on from underneath some how. Now does that mean I know 100%... EF no lol, dig through Spoolin threads and see if he posted how it bolts up. You wont be able to reach him though

 

Ok I found it. It goes over your exsisting bumper. There is instructions for it on the page the SS cover is on.
