No heli-coil, the threads are very strong on these. About 75% thread vs a 65% standard. This material is tough billet, not like cast crapola.
If you put ant-seize on the threads it help from gahling the threads up too.
I have had mine on since late last fall with no issues.

I can do any logo if I draw it up on cad first.
These are install and logo samples.
The actual part engraving looks better, the sample plate was milled off with a crappy face mill.
The install pics are from my truck, these were the first set made and are not as beefy as the newest ones.
