that is correct. He charges a core, and you just box the old one up and send it.
I already got it hooked up and everything works perfect!! Can't wait to tow something so I can watch the trans temp.

+1 If you look on that link where I got mine from, they have all kinds of clusters for all kinds of different models. I didn't get them as cheap as Mangled, but I don't think they were priced too terrible.
