I like fleetsides myself, the sportside may be lighter, but its lighter where us truck guys don't need it to be...

Default truck

I love your truck the way it is and I agree that it needs to be lowered more.

Any raised truck or 03+ must be fleet. Dropped 99-02s can go either way. It's the rules man!

I've had both and the fleet is the best as far as being useable. The sportside box with a liner in it is almost useless. It's just too small for a sheet of plywood, at least not rubbing on the sides or hanging up when you drop it into a bed with a liner. They look cool but I think the fleet looks cleaner.
My "96" was fibergalss, and was cracked after a dumbass buddy of mine wanted to drive my truck and first thing he does is back into a jeep's bumper and crack my box from one side of the wheel well all the way around to the other!!
I swore then never to but a fiberglass or plastic bodied vehicle again.
He received a tirade of abuse on our 5.5 hour ride home the next morning from the cabin we were staying at....he doesn'tt ever ask to drive my trucks from that day til now.....

I like sportside for the old school look but the fleetside for a smooth body from front to back.
