Most sponsors require you to attend X amount of shows per year, sport a decal on your vehicle, and they give you a discount on their products is what most will want/do.

lol....I don't know, I was just curious really. I wouldnt want to put a sticker on my truck unless it was magnetic. I'd have no problem doing shows.

The stickers wouldnt be that bad if they were color matched to your truck. It would depend on how much they wanted to sponsors if I would put a sticker on my truck.

I'm guess I'm more interested in the performance parts sponsorship than the cosmetic.

Your best bet is to take potential sponsors to lunch a few times and wash their cars for a month. This would be a good start.
