It was originally lowered 2/3, the lifted 5", then lowered 2/4 again, now it's gonna be 4/7 for a while and then it'll be bagged hopefully before the end of the year.
IMO, I'm one of the last people to tell someone that altering your suspension is stupid.

but then again the only car enthusiasts in my school were the import tuners, ricers, and rednecks w/ lifted 4x4s, and 1 or 2 that were into the bagged out show trucks

My son has a 07 silverado classic 4x4. After seeing this thread he lowered his truck 5" front using belltech 2" spindles and keys. The rear is 7" . The problem is the front . The alignment shop can't get back to spec. The camber is -3.50 and caster is 5.20. So I called Belltech , djm , & McGaughys They all say you can't go lower then 2-3" up front , Because you will get upper ball joint bind and wipe out the cv's. Then you have the spindle - lower a-arm battle. They all say I'll never get it aligned with more then 2-3" drop. Please help.

i couldnt get my to align either, and honestly the ride wasnt worth the heigh, i have converted to 2wd now with shockwave front suspension, in my opinion slap the stock keys back in and crank those down. it rode like **** 5" lower due to the shocks havin no play
