i too wanted a simple 5 spoke wheel. i used 03-07 factory dodge wheel.

mine is 8 lug though

The best are the stock silverado 17 5 spoke stars. Best design IMO.

Decladded 18 inch Texas edition wheels are simple and good looking.
Couldn't find any on the web that are cleaned up, but these are the 18 inch Silverado wheels decladded and painted:

The Chevy Texas Edition are 5 spokes, the GMCs are 6 spoke.

I know you asked for 18's, but if simple is what you're looking for, 20 inch GMC/Chevy wheels might be a better fit visually e.g:

I do like the appearance of the Texas editions, but am skeptic of the added weight of the 20s.
