Default 2/4 drop wanna go lower

hey guys i am wanting to go lower on my truck i have a 2/4 drop right now but i think i screwed up in the rear i would like to go a couple inches lower in the front and back i did 2 inch springs up front and shackle hangers in back am i screwed if i want to go lower in the back any ideas ? thanks james

That was around 5/8. The front tires rubbed a lot.
