I took the actualy boost gauge apart from it's own bezel, and then traced the outline of it and started the cutting the bezel from the center of the hole outwards. I made sure NOT to cut too much and then gradually got the hole closer and closer to size until i could shove it in there really snug, so it won't move.
I then checked the rear of the gauge for clearance and ran the line to it... made sure everything was straight and that the gauge was flush with my overlay and then re-installed the escalade bezel over it.
.... not too tough of a project. Maybe a 4.5 out of 10. The hard part is just cutting a hole through the expensive cluster and aftermarket overlay.
-and you guys got it right, it's a 99-02 Escalade bezel over the stock cluster with the US speedo stainless steel overlay.

j/kThose gauges do look killer! So that is an Autometer stainless face boost gauge?
