If you want to look good, do it. If you want it to feel **** *** slow, don't do it. I had SS wheels on my 4.8l 5-speed truck and 1 trip around the block (literally) I hated the performance so much I sold them the next day. Looked awesome though. To me, performance was more important so off they went and the stock 16's back on........











Personally, I think think the stockers can look just as good if you do something unique to them like powder coat them. You can look decent and still go fast

That might also have to do with that huge freakin tire on them.
If he was to get like a 275/45 or a 275/40 it wouldn't be nearly as noticeable.
They aren't too much heavier than my stock 17's.
When I first put my 20's on they had a 275/60 tire on them (before drop) and it was ridiculously slow.
Swapped em out for some 275/40's and you can't tell a difference between the 17's or the 20's.

first pic looks alot better. Keep it stock. Stock is sooooo much better than custom!
