I am probably going to get corrected on this but mine do the same thing when i have anykind of load or have my rims on but i think it may have to do with the extra weight. I have a brand new truck and it does it.. i dont think i warped the roaters but i may have no clue.. my .02

there is a small metal tag on the lug stud it has to be removed with aftermarket rims

I agree, brake clips wouldnt really cause the wheel to seat wrong on the truck since they torqued it anyway, I donno y u dont let them use the impact, but it is what it is. Now back to the brakes, if its shaking how u say its either warped or whats called a jutter and u need new rotors either way

I sold my old 20"s to a friend and when he gets to 60 it starts to vibrate real bad he said. I'ma take them to make sure they are balanced correct. but you think it's just a metal tag causing it?

no pics but the clips (1 or 2 perwheel) are put on from the factory to hold the rotor on the stud's during production.if there still on his truck you ll notice them as soon as you take the wheel off, about the size of a quarter. hope this helps

my truck does the exact same thing.... and I know its my rotors causing it!
I was at a show and a judge pointed them out to me... they were all sorts of blue gold and purple in color. Excessive heat had caused this and made them warp. Do yourself some good and get some new rotors on the truck.
