Default Sh*t happens right?

I got into a wreck yesterday. It really could have been worse, but still just ruined my day.

My question is, will replacing the bumper fix how crooked it is? I'm not sure how the bumper is attatched to the frame, but hopefully there's no damage to the bumper mounts...

The top valence is completely fine, and the lower one got kind of scratched, but I plan to sand it down and touch it up with some black trim paint.I guess this is a good enough reason to get a painted black bumper and '06 smooth upper valence.

Haha. Mine looks just like that.

Gonna get it fixed after the Holidays. Let me know what all you have to replace.

the bumper is attached to the frame, chances are the mounts are bent but only the mounts on the bumper, the frame mounts are prolly still straight

good excuse for a bumper cover

I did the same thing to my `02, but it was a corner hit. Your bumper (bar) looks like it's been pushed in some in the center. I picked up a reman bumper with all the brackets and hardware for $200 bucks, but I went to the dealer for the upper and lower pads.
Now would be a good time for an SS front cover.

that's exactly what I was thinking, or get a painted bumper, top and lower pieces.

what about the car you hit. did it get messed up? if your insurance has to pay for that then its gonna go up anyway right? might as well let them get you a bumper of your choice if thats the case.

Thats why I have a different bumper on the front now. The bumper mounts were slightly tweaked but I fixed them by bending them back as best I could and used a spacer to compensate.
