I think GM may make a toned down version of that SS 427 Concept. I can see them making it to compete with the srt-10 ram, but not so radical with the body and brakes. It would be about a $45K truck though.

I really like those engine covers on the 427 SS. The rest of it......not so much. Except for the wheels.

so am i the first one to catch a "no'' mass air flow sensor on the 427 truck or you think its behind the covers?

Not going to be the 427. It'l be the new SS silverado based on the gmt-900 Will have the Z07/Sting ray/SS/ Blue Devil engine. Supercharged 6.2L I wonder if they will make a Reg. cab. This truck will make about 600ish RWHP

I noticed it too. Just run a speed density tune and the maf is gone. You can do that now to these trucks if you wanted to.

Look at dirts sig, he does that stuff for a livin so he knows. As far as chevy making something like this to compete...I don't see it happening. How many years has it been since they've actually produced something to compete with say the lightning (just for instance don't shoot me). I guess they have made a few feble attempts but nothing that stands out like this bad boy. I would love to see them make it though.
