If you're looking for a set of wheels for track only purposes, just use the lightest 15" wheels you can find.

 

well i have the weld lookalikes (PACER) 15x8 in the rear, but when i went to go buy the matching front runners, they had discontinued them, and mismatching the rims at the track gets it done, but dont look as good, so i was just going to get a set of these (or others) with a low profile front runner, and a fatty slick in the back so i matched, lol

 

Well umm, whatever makes you happy? I personally wouldn't care as long as they're light weight. I run the stock allum 16"s at the track

 

its atleast 17 for me, dont want to grind my calipers, or used a 6-5 lug adapter and bolt up some 15x4 weld draglites for front runners, (track only) i have a set of the wheels, but i dont trust adapters, so i guess ill stay mismatched, atleast ill i get enough money for bogarts

 

You can run 16s up front if we trade brakes!

You dont want those for drag wheels... Thats a factory GM Accessory wheel and its heavier than a bag of concrete. Not to mention that you could buy a set of Bogarts for the price of one of those. IIRC I overheard a sales manager at the Chevy side of our dealership say that those are like $700 or $800+ per wheel.

 

please don't put those on your truck. There's no justification.
