1) all the roll pans people are doing just "bolt on"? does nobody do the "all out", weld on, no joints roll pans anymore?

2) you guys who are doing these, are you just painting the roll pan and bolting it on or are you having the back end painted at the same time to make SURE they match?
1) like mentioned in the first post he is considering weld/filling it in (me too)
2) I had mine blended.

how much was it to have the back end painted/blended?

I had mine cut to fit and then welded. I don't like the look of blending as the overlap looks like a "Hump" in the wrong spot. Click the link, not the greatest but ..... The slits in the bottom is 9" LED's and the pan was from Fender Bender Inc.

Thanks for the compliment. Those pics are old, now the tail cap is a white SS cap.
