Kev, The one I had on my truck could have been modified to use it. But what I did was cut a hole out behind the license plate for the hoist tube. I could'nt use the lock, but all I had to do was take off the plate and lower it down as usual. BTW, it was a urathane Street Scene.

You can get one thats made with a whole behind the license plate. Just buy the kit that makes your license plate flip down.

sir micheals roll pans will work with the factory tire. there is a square cut out behind the license plate. you will have to invest in a spare tire relocator that moves the tire mount forward about 3" and you will have to remove the plastic tube. other than that it is pretty straight forward and it doesn't look bad. I carry a flat blade screwdriver to remove the plate in case of a flat. as mentioned you can buy a flip down plate also. Install of the relocator takes about 5 minutes.

see picture with offensive spare hanging behind my pan

The one I have covers the spare nicely. I'd find a pic, but I'm on slower than dial up connection so you will have to search.
