Default Rim Ideas

Well this tax return I plan on gettin me some 22" Chrome wheels for my SS. I do have my eyes on many wheels but looking for other options. I do want chrome. No Polished or silver or black wheels. I'm open to all styles 6 spoke, 5 spoke whatever. Some of the wheels I have my eyes on would be the American Racing RT-S, Eagle 026, Boss 313, and the Granite Alloy 1.6 through tirerack.com I see the Centerline Wheels are very common on here so Im looking into those as well. I'm looking to spend 2K on wheels and tires so please throw some ideas at me.

Man If I had 1500 I would take those off your hands in a heart beat but I unfortunatly have to wait until tax time to do anything. If there still up for sale when I get my money, Well talk. Why are you wanting to get rid of them though and whats your location?

I want to go back up to stock height with some 17s/18s and AT tires. I'm in Syracuse, NY. Give me a shout after tax time, they've been off the truck since Aug/Sept and are just sitting in the garage, the truck is on caddy 17s for winter storage. I haven't actively tried to sell them yet, figured I'd wait until spring.

awesome, so we talking 1500 shipped or what? What kind of tires are they and hows the chrome, You said they only have 500 miles so are they covered up while in storage? This will be my first set of aftermarket rims for anything ive ever owned so im just double checking everything. Mine is a 6 lug with a 5.5 bolt pattern I believe which is what yours should be if im correct. Lemme know the specs on these so im sure they will fit. By the way I live In Bettendorf, IA 52722

They'll fit your truck, same BP. I bought them last May. My truck is lowered a little bit, I'm about the same height as an SS, maybe a c-hair higher in the front. They're on top of plastic in my garage with an old sheet over them. They're 22x9.5", +14MM offset..this means they won't tuck if you ever plan on slamming your truck. Tires are 305/45 Kumho STXs, about 32.5" tall and 12.3 inches wide. A little taller than the stock setup...the dr. side just kisses the plastic fender liner when backing up w/ the wheels cranked. They're mint, no scratches, curbing, etc. My truck is only a weekend driver...wheels were washed outside AND inside at least once a week. I'll have to look into shipping, but I know it's not cheap...maybe we can split it if I come down in price alittle...we can talk when/if you're ready. Here's a pic of how they sit in the fenders
