I would contact ebay especially with your license plate showing. At least get them to edit the plate out

 

Not the first time ive herd of this, awhile back on a dodge forum somebody found there truck on there with a well known roll pan company. I would agree you should prob get your plate blocked, but they wont give you anything for the use of the image, would be easier for them just to remove it..
I would guesstimate they just googled for pics/posts of the wheels and found your truck. I think i would take it as a compliment and not be disgruntled tho..
