I think it was asked once before but not sure what the answer was. In one pic the air filter is angled, looks like you used the elbow that comes with it and in the other pic it's going straight off it.

Any reason behind one over the other?

that 45* pipe kills about 1psi of boost, if you pull the filter off completely you gain around 2psi.

i have the vortech set up, pretty similar, my filter is still over in the stock location, you think ill pick up anything putting the filter where yours is?

Nice mean looking truck you got there, i just have one question did you roted the intercoler piping like every one else tru the head lights brackets? i like how it looks

no, i have mine going all the way down then comes back up with two 45* pipes.

Ahh ok do you have any more pics? was it hard to install it like that? still do not know how to route my pipeing i dont realy want to cut my head lights brakets
